THE EBBS AND FLOWS
Every time we gather, every time we pray, every time we sit in circle- the dynamic ebbs and flows. Each context is distinct & each person who joins us unique, which allows us to approach each experience with a beginners mind.
My elder always says "The spiritual path is not easy. It takes a lottttttttt of patience & faith. Don't give up, just keep praying"
This is the primary focus we bring to the table in our courses, ceremonies, retreats and intensives. How to apply ancestral traditions to our daily lives to benefit personal well-being and that of others. It is not easy, and it's hard to apply after one ceremony. Yet, as we return, engage more, and keep being reminded of the same lessons- these practices become quite approachable and the gap between the ancient & the new becomes pleasingly thin. In truth, ancient traditions for living healthy, connected, thriving life-styles are not out-dated. In fact, there are many key principles that are presently applicable, it just takes a bit of practice and re-wiring of our conditioning.
